The invention discloses a two-variance spherical travelling-wave ultrasonic motor, which mainly consists of a cover plate, a ball rotor and three piezoelectric vibrators; every piezoelectric vibrator includes spring bases, a side cover, a spring pressing sleeve, a spiral plate spring and a travelling-wave stator, wherein three spring bases are symmetrically fixed to the cover plate in 120 degrees along the centre of the cover plate; the side cover is connected with the spring bases in a threaded way; the spring pressing sleeve has a clearance fit with the spring base; the spiral plate spring is connected with the spring pressing sleeve; the travelling-wave stator is connected with the spiral plate spring; the ball rotor is clamped by three travelling-wave stators; three piezoelectric vibrators are controlled to make the movement of the ball rotor have two variances. Compared with the traditional two-variance spherical travelling-wave ultrasonic motor, the invention is featured with simple structure, convenient loading or unloading and low manufacturing cost.
