The invention relates to a kit for detecting whether the goat infects the Theileria luwenshuni or T.uilenbergi, a preparing method and applying method for the kits. The kit comprises at least two pairs of specific primers for the Theileria luwenshuni and the T.uilenbergi. The kit application method comprises: extracting DNA from the goat blood sample to be detected, mixing with the polyase, buffer, specific primers for the Theileria luwenshuni or the T.uilenbergi, amplifying, taking the amplification product and TAE buffer, performing electrophoresis detection in the agarose gel, finding out whether the detected goat suffers from the Theileria luwenshuni diease or T.uilenbergi disease based on the specific electrophoresis band form in the specific electrophoresis channel.
