The invention discloses a realization method of intelligent service of a mobile virtual special network group and a device thereof. The method comprises the following steps of: configuring a corresponding relation between a group number and a distributed SCP (service control point) module number of the group on SMP (service management point), and configuring relevant data information of the group in each distributed SCP service database of the group; uniformly managing relevant group data information distributed on different SCPs; and judging, controlling and charging a call when certain service is triggered by a user. The device comprises a configuration module, a management module and a service execution module. The technical proposal adopted by the invention provides cross-SCP virtual special network group users with all service properties owned by non cross-SCP virtual special network group users. The method not only fully utilizes the existing intelligent network equipment and reduces hardware cost, but also brings flexibility and convenience to the management and maintenance of the relevant data information of the group.
