The invention discloses a test paper for detecting animal diseases, and exactly relates to a detecting membrane used for detecting Theileria luwenshuni, Theileria uilenbergi and ovine Piroplasma and a preparation method and a use method thereof. The DNA detecting membrane used for detecting the Theileria luwenshuni, Theileria uilenbergi and ovine Piroplasma is a Biodyne C membrane fixed with specific oligonucleotide of the Theileria luwenshuni and Theileria uilenbergi.
