The invention relates to a sticky button master tape with integrally formed patterns and a loop forming device. The sticky button master tape comprises a tape body weaved by a plurality of yarns, the yarns in the tape body form a plurality of ridgy loops at one of a preset pattern zone and a peripheral zone, or form loops with different colors at the pattern zone and the peripheral zone so as to lead the sticky button master tape to integrally form the patterns. A loop forming control device is used for being applied to weaving the sticky button master tape by combining a braiding machine and a lift jacquard head. The loop forming control device comprises a positioning base and a plurality of hole sheets movably penetrating into the positioning base, and each hole sheet is controlled by a control wire corresponding to the lift jacquard head, therefore, the invention determines the tape body produces the loops or not at a certain part by utilizing the way that the hole sheets produce the blocking to the yarns or not for supporting the height of the loops when the yarns are weaved through combining the braiding machine to weave the sticky button master tape.
