The present invention provides an ion beam pipe, and also provides an ion injector with the ion beam pipe. The pipe is positioned at the position adjacent with the wafer to be injected in the injector for restricting the charged particle for neutralizing the wafer in the injection period. The pipe comprises one or a plurality of walls which restrain a central drilling hole that traverses the pipe for allowing the getting through of the ion beam, wherein the one or the plurality of walls are formed to cause the central drilling hole to taper gradually. Advantageously, as the pipe has the central drilling hole which gradually tapers outwards, the problem of beam impact when the ion beam gets through the pipe is alleviated.
