The invention relates to a multifunctional massaging body-building chair, belonging to the health-care equipment technical field. The body-building chair comprises a chair seat, a chair back and chair legs which are assembled in one piece, characterized in that: the body-building chair also comprises a body-building energy-storing mechanism, a massaging mechanism and a drive belt for connecting the body-building energy-storing mechanism with the massaging mechanism and the body-building energy-storing mechanism is set in the space under the chair and the massaging mechanism is fixed on the chair back. The chair can be used as common computer chair and also for training and massaging using the limited space and time. The chair is almost same to the common computer chair and dons not occupythe additional space. The multifunctional massaging body-building chair is a pure mechanical device in no need of energy input such as electric energy and the resource is effectively saved.
