Then a spray drying method is executed under the following conditions: 150 DEG C-180 DEG C of inlet temperature, 90 DEG C to 120 DEG C of outlet temperature, 300r/min of mixing speed, 3-5ml/min of material feeding speed and 30-50ml/min of wind speed. The solution is collected after spray drying. The microencapsulated capsicine and microencapsulated clove oil are mixed and packaged proportionally.
