The invention relates to a monomer copolymerization modified soybean protein adhesive and a preparation method thereof; the monomer copolymerization modified soybean protein adhesive is essentially used in wood plywood production and furniture manufacturing, which belongs to the technical field of wood adhesive. The monomer copolymerization modified soybean protein adhesive has the above chemicalstructure, in which R is the polypeptide chain main chain of soybean protein, and n equals to the positive integer of 1, 2 until 20.
