摘要：
本发明的目的在于提供一种即使用在300℃以上的温度下进行压力加工的印刷布线板的制造中，也能够剥离载体与铜箔层的带载体片的铜箔。为了达到该目的，提供一种带载体片的铜箔，其是在载体片的表面通过接合界面层具有铜箔层，且能够物理地剥离该载体片，其特征在于，该接合界面层由通过金属层和碳层的构成。而且，上述接合界面层优选由厚度为1nm～50nm的金属层与厚度为1nm～20nm的碳层构成。

There is provided a copper foil provided with a carrier sheet, in which the carrier and the copper layer can be peeled from each other even when it is used for the fabrication of a printed circuit board in which press work is performed at a temperature of 300 DEG C or more. The copper foil has a bonding interface layer formed on the surface of the carrier sheet and a copper layer formed on the bonding interface layer. The carrier sheet is capable of being physically peeled off, and the bonding interface layer is composed of a metal layer and a carbon layer. In addition, the bonding interfacelayer preferably comprises the metal layer having a thickness of 1 nm to 50 nm and the carbon layer having a thickness of 1 nm to 20 nm.
