The invention discloses an integrated system for monitoring, management and remote meter reading of a power distribution network. The integrated system is oriented to a large amount and a wide range of power substations of various levels such as small and medium-sized cities, towns and countries. The integrated system comprises a field apparatus and a system main station connected with the field apparatus. The integrated system is characterized in that the field apparatus comprises a remote power distribution terminal and a communication module which is connected with the remote power distribution terminal and in data communication with a communication device. The remote power distribution terminal comprises a power distribution switch monitoring terminal FTU, a power distribution transformer monitoring terminal TTU and an intelligent electric energy meter; the system main station comprises a front end communication unit which is in the data communication with the communication module, a main service system which is in the data communication with the front end communication unit, as well as a database platform, a remote meter reading unit, a monitoring unit and a management unit which are respectively connected with the main service system.
