A nitride single crystal manufacturing apparatus is provided with a crucible for storing a solution; an inner container (16) for storing the crucible; a heating container (31), which stores the inner container (16) and has a container main body (13) wherein a heating body (14) and a heating body (14) are arranged, and a cover (12) combined with the container main body (13); and a pressure container (30), which stores the heating container (31) and is to be filled with an atmosphere including at least nitrogen gas. A facing surface (12b), which is of the cover (12), is inclined from a horizontal surface.
