The explosion-proof retainer is provided with an explosion-insulating structure; a sealing ring (24) is added at a retainer cable outlet where a retainer shell (25) is connected with a wiring bucket (23); and the adjoining surfaces of the retainer shell (25) and a retainer cover (26), the adjoining surfaces of a shaft sleeve (30) and a worm (33) and the adjoining surfaces of a shaft sleeve (34) and the worm (33) are designed as explosion-proof adjoining surfaces. The explosion-proof retainer of the opening and closing unit of the rolling shutter is sealed and protected by the sealing ring in order to prevent outside flammable gases from entering into the retainer (2) from the cable outlet of the retainer shell (25) and exploding, and since the explosion-proof adjoining surfaces are designed, the outside flammable gases can be prevented from entering into the retainer (2) and exploding.
