The invention relates to a colorful photoresist separating solution composition for removing the colorful photoresist pattern and coating which is used for recycling the ill-equipped substrate in the filter forming technique by a film transistor liquid crystal display, especially a hydroxid in the benzene alkyl hydrogen oxidize caustic of ammonium selected from the inorganic base hydroxid, ammonium hydroxide, C1-C4 alkyl with 1-20 weight%; at least one compound having the C1-C4 alkyl alkylene glycol ether or alkylene diol selected from 1-70 weight%; hydroxylamine with 0.5-10 weight%; and the colorful photoresist separating solution composition with the residual water. The combination of the invention can remove the colorful photoresist and the coating in a short period of time so that theinvention can recycle the ill-equipped substrate in the filter forming technique in the old technique to remove the photoresist pattern.
