The invention discloses a waterproof spherical camera, which mainly comprises a transparent cover component, a spherical cover component, a rotating device, a water joint, a printed circuit board, a combined cable and a camera. The camera, the rotating device, the printed circuit board and the combined cable are connected in sequence and fixed inside a confined cavity which is formed by the transparent cover component, the spherical cover component and the water joint connectedly. The camera can prevent moisture from infiltrating into the inner space of the spherical camera. In addition, thecamera has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient installation and wide range of application.
