The invention discloses a large-scaled sand-ground printing technique by using a web-fed gravure press, which relates to a so-called decorative printing method for sand-ground printing. The technique has special technological measures that: (1) electronic or laser carving gravure is adopted; (2) colorless and transparent one-component UV light-curring ink is chosen to be used, with the solvent resin being pre-polymer acrylic acid, and the particle diameter of the chosen ink is 15 to 30 Mum; (3) the viscosity of the chosen ink is 45 to 65 seconds;(4) sand-feeling replenisher is supplemented when the stereoscopic impression of the printed product is too strong; (5) the gravure press is provided with colorless and transparent one-component UV light-curring ink by adopting pneumatic pump non-continuity; (6) the gravure press is additionally provided with a UV drying system. The invention provides a production method by using the gravure press to carry out large-scaled sand-ground effect printing in high speed, which has the advantages of high production efficiency, good sand-feeling consistency and stable product quality.
