The invention provides an image forming apparatus, an image processing apparatus and an image forming method. The image forming apparatus stores a first image data, a second image data and data representing corresponding relation of calibration value. The first image data represents a first latent image formed by a first rotation of the rotary body, the second image data represents a second latent image formed by a second rotation following the first rotation of the rotary body. The calibration value is used for calibrating the second image data so that density of image transferred onto the recording medium is more close to the density of the second latent image represented by the second image data when the second image data is inputted into the exposure unit. The apparatus determines calibration value corresponding to the first image data and the second image data, and calibrates the second image data based on the determined calibration value.
