The invention provides a reflective film which can have excellent reflection performance and an excellent luminance and which does not yellow to decrease in light reflection with time. The reflective film comprises: a layer (A) formed from a resin composition (A) comprising an aliphatic polyester resin or polyolefin resin and a finely particulate filler, the content of the finely particulate filler in the resin composition (A) being 10-80 mass%; and a layer (B) formed from a resin composition (B) comprising an aliphatic polyester resin and a finely particulate filler, the content of the finely particulate filler in the resin composition (B) being higher than 0.1 mass% and lower than 5 mass%, and the layer (B) serving as the outermost layer on the reflection side.
