The invention discloses a reagent kit for detecting a staphylococcal protein A quantitatively. The kit adopts an ELISA method which is similar to double-antibody sandwiches to detect the trace staphylococcal protein A quantitatively and leads the sensitivity of the protein to reach a pg grade by adopting a biotin-avidin system. The reagent kit can be applied to the quantitative detection of the trace staphylococcal protein A and other quantitative detection which is relevant to the amount of the staphylococcal protein A; the trace staphylococcal protein A shed from an immune adsorption columnof the staphylococcal protein A. The reagent kit has the advantages of high sensitivity, good accuracy and stability, etc.
