本发明涉及一种微型芯片装置，其具有：微型芯片，其形成液体流过的液体流路(98)；气体流路(65、67)，其设置为沿着该液体流路；以及多个间隙部(71、73)，其形成于前述液体流路与前述气体流路之间，一个开口面向前述液体流路，另一个开口面向前述气体流路，使该间隙部的间隙成为气体可以通过而前述液体无法通过的间隙，在前述间隙部处形成气液界面。

A microchip device is provided with a microchip having a fluid flow path (98) wherein a fluid flows; gas flow paths (65, 67) arranged along the fluid flow path; and a plurality of gap sections (71, 73) which are formed between the fluid flow path and the gas flow path, with one opening facing the fluid flow path and the other opening facing the gas flow path. Spaces of the gap sections permit a gas to pass through but not the fluid. Thus, a gas-liquid interface is formed in the gap section.
