The present invention provides a control method of the wireless channel, a transmitting device and a receiving device thereof. The control method of the wireless channel is used for controlling the wireless channel which is in the direction from the transmitting device to the receiving device in the mobile communication system, and is characterized in that the specific receiving signal from the transmitting device is measured in the receiving device. Through the measurement, a regulating signal for increasing the transmission power of the signal transmitted in the wireless channel which is from the transmitting device to the receiving device and a regulating signal for altering other transmission parameters of the signal that is transmitted by the same wireless channel are generated. The regulating signals are transmitted from the receiving device to the transmitting device.
