The solid-state imaging device includes: a pixel (3) thermally separated from a semiconductor substrate; a constant current source (60); a signal line (6) which transmits the voltage passing through constant current of the pixel; a thermal conduction switch which switches into a thermal insulating first state of the pixel and the semiconductor substrate by contacting another end with the semiconductor substrate; or switches into a thermal short circuit second state of the pixel and the semiconductor substrate by contacting another end with the pixel; a signal detection part (7) coupled with capacitance of the signal line, maintaining reference voltage (Vc1) corresponding to signal (Vs1=Vdd-Vd0+dVsh+dV) on the signal line, and detecting under the second state the second voltage (Vc1-V'=dVsh') that the reference voltage is subtracted from the voltage element (dV') corresponding to incidental light.
