The invention discloses a method for recovering organic resources in waste sulfuric acid and refining waste sulfuric acid. Firstly, the waste sulfuric acid derived from fine chemical product production departments is carried out with preliminary filter treatment; then the waste sulfuric acid is carried out with adsorption treatment by NDA-1800, NDA-1600, NDA-88, NDA99 or NDA-150 resin, and more than 99percent of organic matters in the waste sulfuric acid can be removed; the waste sulfuric acid after treatment is colorless transparent, and COD can be reduced to below 50mg/L; the resin can be completely escaped and regenerated by 4-14 percent of NaOH, and the escaped ratio is more than 95 percent. Dilute sulfuric acid after adsorption is concentrated to get colorless transparent 93-98 percent industrial concentrated sulfuric acid. The method avoids direct discharge or pollution transfer of the organic matters in the waste sulfuric acid, recovers organic resource having great economic value, produces the industrial concentrated sulfuric acid which can be used for production secondly, realizes curtailment of pollution load and recovers useful resources at the same time, and has obvious economic value and environment benefits.
