一种聚马来酸的制备方法,属于化工技术领域。其目的是提供一种产品得率高,溴值低,质量稳定,且适合工业化生产的平均分子量大于1200以上的聚马来酸的制备方法。其技术要点是:将马来酸酐、蒸馏水金属过渡离子M2+和非金属过渡离子NH4+构成的混合过渡离子,按照1∶1.2-1.4∶0.15-0.2的质量配比一次性投入反应釜,加热至40-60℃使其全部溶解;然后,在不断搅拌的条件下,再缓慢加入双氧水引发聚合,控制聚合反应温度90-98℃,保温反应1-2小时,即得平均分子量大于1200以上的聚马来酸。其产率可达99.0%以上(以马来酸酐计),溴值小于60mg/g,产品质量稳定。且为环保型清洁工艺,无工业三废排放,操作简便,生产成本低,适合工业化规模生产。

A method for preparing polymaleic acid belongs to the chemical technology field. The invention aims to provide the method for preparing the polymaleic acid which has high product yield, low bromine value, stable quality and average molecular weight of greater than 1200, and is applicable to the industrial production. The invention comprises technical key points as follows: mixed transition ions which are composed of maleic anhydride, distilled water metal transition ions M<2 plus> and non-metallic transition ions NH4 are poured in a reaction kettle at one time in the mixing ratio by weight of 1:1.2-1.4:0.15-0.2, the heating is carried out to 40 to 60 DEG C till the all is dissolved; then, hydrogen peroxide is slowly added for initiating the polymerization under the condition of constant stirring, the temperature of the polymerization reaction is controlled at 90 to 98 DEG C, the reaction is carried out for 1 to 2 hours by keeping the temperature, thus obtaining the polymaleic acid with the average molecular weight of greater than 1200. The yield can be more than 99.0 percent (calculating by the maleic anhydride), the bromine value is less than 60mg/g and the product quality is stable. The preparation method is the environment-protective clean technology, which has no emission of industrial three wastes, simple operation and low production cost, thus being applicable to the industrial mass production.
