The invention provides an image processing device provided with a charging department which can process to charge for output image data in a higher degree of freedom, and a charging system. The charging system is mainly consisted of a client PC (100) provided with a keyboard (109), a management server (201) provided with the charging department (222) and a memory (221), and the image processing device (202) provided with a management department (231) and a printing department (233). The memory (221) saves a charging table. The management department (231) saves image data. The charging department (222) extracts document name of the image data, output times of the image data according to an operation instruction inputted from the keyboard (109), and decides charging amount from a management table according to extraction result.
