The invention provides a pavement accelerating and loading experimental device, pertaining to experimental facility field. The invented device comprises a main framework, and a rail assembly connected to a rolling assembly is disposed on the main framework. The invented device is characterized in that the rolling assembly comprises both a drive wheel connected to the power device and more than one driven wheels disconnected from the power device, thereby pavement rolling status when vehicles run thereon practically can be reproduced better to enhance accuracy of experimental conclusion and efficiency of the experiment. The invented device is also characterized in that the outer circular surfaces of the loading steel wheel and the return-stroke steel wheel are provided with outwards inclined treads, auto direction guide is implemented, and cylindrical wheel guide is not needed, so that structure is simplified and noise is decreased.
