The invention discloses a method and equipment for cleaning residual liquor on a pipeline on a liquor blending production line. High-pressure gas is led in an object liquor pipeline section whose head and tail are close to both ends, control valves are arranged on the tail end of each gas pipeline and both ends of a liquor pipeline, a gas valve on the upper portion and a liquor pipeline valve on the lower portion are opened each time, high-pressure gas coats and pushes residual liquor in a pipeline to flow out of the end portion of a liquor pipeline, and the cleaning of residual liquor in pipelines is achieved. Flow cleaning on different directions is achieved through combination and opening of control valves on different portions. The method and equipment has reliable cleaning effect, which not only reduces the waste of residual liquor in pipelines, but also guarantees taste and quality of a subsequent variety when production variety is conversed.
