The invention discloses a printing data treatment equipment and a method thereof. The equipment is used for printing materials to be printed, comprising a plurality of sprinkler modules installed in parallel. Each sprinkler module is provided with parallel sprinklers in the same numbers, each sprinkler is provided with at least a squirt hole, and the squirt holes on the parallel sprinklers of each sprinkler module which are driven together are arranged in a straight line with the squirt holes on the parallel sprinklers of adjacent sprinkler modules; a data treatment unit is used for dividing the pattern form into a plurality of teams of printing data and outputs a printing data signal; a drive equipment is used for receiving the printing data signal from the data treatment unit and outputs a drive signal to the sprinkler modules to make the sprinkler modules perform the jet printing synchronistically and rotatably. By adopting the invention, needless printing actions can be avoided to prevent the increase of printing time; in the meantime, the accuracy of the printing data at the borders between modules can be ensured to achieve the fast and accurate printing.
