摘要：
一种可在线调整烟叶切断长度的配叶切断机，其配叶摆把输送机由固定输送段(1a)和一条或一条以上并行的可横向移动的活动输送段(1b、1b′)串联组成，在固定输送段(1a)上设置有装有前切刀(3a)的前切断机构(2a)，在活动输送段(1b、1b′)上设置有可随活动输送段移动的装有后切刀(3b、3b′)的后切断机构(2b、2b′)。本发明可不停机在线调整后切刀位置，灵活控制切制烟叶中段长度，减少对烟叶优质部分的浪费，减小烟叶劣质部分对优质产品质量影响。
摘要（英）：
The invention discloses a leaf cut-off machine in which the length of the tobacco leaf can be adjusted. A fixed conveyor segment(1a) and one or more movable conveyor segments (1b, 1b') which are ableto move in a landscape orientation are connected in series. A cut-off structure (2b) which is provided with a cutting knife (3b) and is able to move with the movable conveyor segment is installed on the movable conveyor segment (1b). The invention is characterized in that the cutting knife can be adjusted on line continuously, the length of the tobacco leaf can be controlled in a flexible way to reduce the waste of good part of the tobacco leaf and the impact of the poor part on the good part.
