An organic waste disposal facility comprising a high-temperature high-pressure treating unit capable of high-temperature high-pressure treatment of organic waste to thereby generate a slurry matter; a dewatering unit capable of dewatering of the slurry matter to thereby recover a dewatered solid matter; and a water treating unit capable of purifying of a liquid separated by the dewatering unit, and further comprising a crushing unit capable of crushing of the organic waste prior to the high-temperature high-pressure treatment, wherein the high-temperature high-pressure treating unit is provided with steam blowing means for blowing steam into the organic waste disposed in the high-temperature high-pressure treating unit, and wherein the high-temperature high-pressure treating unit is provided in the form of a continuous reaction vessel in which the organic waste is continuously fed with steam injected from the steam blowing means so as to effect reaction under heating, pressure application and agitation, and wherein the water treating unit is provided with a membrane separation device capable of separating any residual solid matter contained in the above separated liquid as a concentrated solution by means of a separation membrane.
