本发明提供一种控制基板及控制装置。在形成有低电压用电路的图案与高电压用电路的图案的控制基板中，低电压用电路的地被图案形成为能够接地，并且在低电压用电路的图案及高电压用电路的图案设置有用于经由电容器来连接互相的地的地连接用连接盘。从而，在连接低电压系统与高电压系统双方的控制装置中，可以实现噪声的降低。

The invention provides a control substrate and a control device. In the control substrate which has a pattern for a low-voltage circuit and a pattern for a high-voltage circuit, the low-voltage circuit is designed to be connected with the ground. Besides, the pattern for the low-voltage circuit and the pattern for the high-voltage circuit are respectively provided with a ground-connection connecting plate which is connected with each other through a capacitor, thereby reducing the noise of the control device which connects a low-voltage system with a high-voltage system.
