A surgery equipment includes a surgery device and a computer system, wherein the surgery device is arranged to be operated with the user to execute the operation flow path on the patient. The computer system is programmed to execute the control parameter for controlling the surgery device in order to basing on the relationship between the patient dissection and at least one index of one part of the surgery device realize at least one of the following operations: providing the operation to the user and restraining the operation of the user to the surgery device, wherein the indexes are position, orienting, velocity and acceleration; and regulating the control parameter responding to the moving of the dissection in the operation process.
