摘要：
本发明公开了一种无铬环保的取向硅钢绝缘涂层，涉及取向硅钢用涂料。其化学成分质量百分比为：嵌段聚醚非离子型表面活性剂，其固体用量占涂液总质量的0.01％～0.3％；硼酸，其固体用量占涂液总质量的0.2％～3％；磷酸二氢铝，占涂液总质量的9％～30％；胶体二氧化硅，占涂液总质量的8％～20％；余量为纯水。本发明的绝缘涂层不仅完全消除了铬元素带来的环保问题，而且也能保证涂层均匀性、耐蚀性、耐热性等各项性能优良。

The present invention discloses one kind of environment friendly no-chromium insulating paint for oriented silicon steel. The paint consists of non-ionic surfactant of block polymer in 0.01-0.3 wt%, boric acid in 0.2-3 wt%, aluminum dihydrogen phosphate in 9-30 wt%, silica colloid in 8-20 wt%, and pure water for the rest. The paint can form insulating coating with no chromium causing environment trouble, high homogeneity, high corrosion resistance, high heat resistance and other excellent performance.
