The vehicle identifier is respectively connected with the bus controller, the microwave receiver, the crosspiece rod device and the ground-sensing device. The bus controller is connected with the upper computer. The long-wave activating device is respectively connected with the radiate coil and the detecting switch. The ground-sensing device is connected with the falling rod ground sensing. The vehicle loading device is respectively connected with microwave receiver and the radiate coil via a microwave signal and a long-wave signal. The present invention has the advantages of energy conservation, long identifying distance, low cost, high performance and reliable communicating identification.
