摘要：
本发明公开了一种镁坩埚清理机转轴的联接工艺及其结构，工艺过程是将两个粗加工的轴套(1)焊接在转筒(3)对称的筒壁上，然后对轴套(1)的A面及花键槽进行精加工，最后将轴(2)的花键部分插入轴套(1)的花键槽(4)内；在轴(2)的两端安装轴承座(7)。其结构包括轴套(1)和轴(2)；轴套(1)对称焊接在转筒(3)的筒壁上，轴套(1)经花键(5)与轴(2)连接。本发明工艺合理实用，结构简单可靠，可以简化机加和热处理工艺，降低加工成本，并能方便的更换转轴。

The invention discloses a jointing craft of magnesium copple sweeper revolution axis and structure, which is characterized by the following: welding two roughing shaft sleeve (1)on symmetrical tubular wall of revolving drum (3); proceeding fine finishing for the A face of the shaft sleeve (1)and spline tank; inserting spline section of shaft (2)into spline tank (4)of the shaft sleeve (1); assembling bearing seat (7)at the two end of the shaft (2); setting the structure as the shaft sleeve (1)and shaft (2); symmetrical-welding the shaft sleeve (1)on the wall of the revolving drum (3); connecting the shaft sleeve (1)to the shaft (2)through spline (5). This invention is simple and stable, which can decrease processing cost.
