本发明涉及一种全网信令消息采集系统及方法，所述系统包括全网信令跟踪系统、呼叫涉及的软交换和网元，所述全网信令跟踪系统在呼叫拨测前启动全网信令跟踪任务，向呼叫涉及的软交换下发信令跟踪任务命令，所述软交换接受所述命令，控制所述网元启动信令跟踪任务，所述软交换和网元记录信令跟踪结果，并将跟踪结果上传到所述全网信令跟踪系统，所述全网信令跟踪系统从所述跟踪结果中采集全网中呼叫涉及的软交换和所有网元的信令消息。本发明的全网信令消息采集系统及方法能实现全网信令消息的统一采集，降低了操作复杂度。

The system comprises, an overall network signal tracing system and the call-correlated soft switch and net element. Said overall network signaling tracing system starts up the signal tracing task before dialing a call, and sends a signaling tracing task command to the soft switch; said soft switch receives said command, and controls said net element to trace the task; said soft switch and net element records the tracing result, and reports the tracing result to the overall network signaling tracing system; the overall network signaling tracing system collects the signaling message from tracing result sent by call-correlated soft switch and net elements.
