The invention is concerned with a kind of bead filler to tire. The body is made of bead filler layer with degressive outer diameter and at least one layer of bead filler is made of two or more than two circles rubber strips, and the interior rubber strip circle is the shape of outer surface to tire steel wire circle of each bead filler layer. Other rubber strip circles extend along the radial from inside to outside. The distance between the most outside end of the rubber strip to the first bead filler layer and the radial outer surface of steel wire circle is equal to the height of bead filler. This invention is concerned with the complex body of the said bead filler steel wire circle and its production method. It solves the problem that the bead filler of radial tire is difficult to form with high height and thickness and avoids the take-off to the tie-in of bead filler. This method can till use the existing winding extruding machine with easy technology and low cost.
