A printing system and a method for manufacturing an LCD device using the printing system are disclosed, to decrease manufacturing cost and time, in which the printing system comprises a moving rail; acliche plate and a substrate positioned on the moving rail; a printing roller for transcribing a pattern material on the substrate by passing through the cliche plate; and a cleaning unit for cleaning the cliche plate.
