A compensating circuit of the infrared focal plane array dark filed current does not adopt the dark resistance which shields the infrared radiation, in the single-row signal processing circuit the coarse adjusting current mirrors (M3, M4, M5 and M6) and fine adjusting current mirrors (M1, M2, M7 and M8) are arranged, wherein the coarse adjusting current mirrors are connected to the coarse adjusting current source and the current provided by the current source can be executed with adjustment of mu A magnitude, the fine adjusting current mirrors are connected to the fine adjusting current sourceand the current provided by the current source can be executed with adjustment of nA magnitude, the coarse adjusting and fine adjusting current mirrors replaces the microbolomer which is heat-short with the substrate and serves as the dark resistance for compensating the dark field current. The compensating circuit can provide accurate and stable dark current compensation to the microbolomer under the precondition that the dark resistance is not used, and executes appropriate adjustment to the dark filed compensating current according to the requirement of the technical error, eliminates theeffect of ununiformity thereby guaranteeing that the current inputting into the integrator is zero under the condition of no infrared radiation.
