本发明提供一种空心陶瓷球的制备方法。这种空心陶瓷球通过特殊的烧结方式制成的。其制备方法分两步,首先是把预制好的空心陶瓷内坯分成两部分:缺孔球壳和孔盖,在常压下进行烧结,当达到其烧结温度的85%-90%时,迅速将气孔密闭,冷却至室温。然后二次成型,二次烧结,最终成型。利用此方法制备成的空心陶瓷球具有结构均匀,缺陷少,机械强度高等优点,是一种新型轻质高性能结构材料。

The invention provides a preparation method of hollow ceramic ball which is made by a special sintering manner. The preparation method has two steps as follows: dividing the prefabricated body of the hollow ceram into two parts: a hole ball casing and a hole cover, sintering under normal pressure, sealing the air hold rapidly when achieving 85 to 90 percent of the sintering temperature, then cooling to room temperature, and conducting secondary moulding and sintering, then forming the final product. The hollow ceramic ball made by the method has the advantages of even structure, little defect and high mechanical intensity, and is new structural material with light quality and high performance.
