摘要：
水驱、聚驱油井用清蜡防蜡剂，它涉及一种油田采油井用的清蜡防蜡剂。本发明的目的是为解决现有水驱和聚驱两种油井还缺乏共用的清防蜡产品的问题。本发明按重量百分比由蜡晶改进剂TA1031：10～16%，表面活性剂AE1910：14～20%，助溶剂甲醇：15～25%和水：45～55%制成。本发明的性能指标为：①比重：0.98～1.03；②凝点：-46℃；③pH值：7～9；④防蜡率：＞77%；⑤降粘率：＞76%。本发明的有益效果是：①闪点高、使用安全，在使用过程中无燃烧和爆炸的可能性。②比重一般大于0.95，对高含水原油井可以从套管加入并易于沉于井底，起到清防蜡作用。③不但具有清防蜡作用，而且还具有部分破乳和降粘作用。④清防蜡剂不具有酸、碱性，所以对采油设备无腐蚀性。⑤凝点低于-35℃，适宜最寒冷季节使用。

The invention relates to water drive gathering oil well use paraffin removal paraffin inhibitor. It is made up from 10-16% wax crystal improver TA1031, 14-20% portions of surface activator AE1910, latent solvent methanol 15-25 portions and water 45-55% portions. The performance index is that: proportion 0.98-1.03, solidification point -46 degree centigrade, PH value 7-9; paraffin control ratio is over 77%,; viscosity reduction ratio is over 76%. The invention has high flash point and is save for using. It is no causticity to device and is suited to use in winter.
