"A process for the preparation of derivatives of cystamine having oncostatic activity" This invention relates to a process for the preparation of compounds having oncostatic activity corresponding to the formula: wherein one of the radicals A' or B' and A or B represents -NO and the other radical represents a hydrogen atom, which comprises effecting nitrosation of a carbamate corresponding to formula (I): (I) wherein R represents a protective radical for the alcohol function which may be hydrolysed in an acid medium.
